Warning or Winning?

If a barber never cut hair, would he be a barber? If a cook never cooked anything, would he be a cook? If a farmer never planted or harvested a crop, would he really be a farmer? Even if these people went to college and got a degree in barbering, cooking and farming, would that degree make them a barber, a cook or a farmer?
It’s a good thing God did not say that a Christian must be a soul-winner to be a real Christian… or did He?
Proverbs 11:30 - The fruit of the righteous [is] a tree of life; and he that winneth souls [is] wise.
Matthew 28:19 - Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
Daniel 12:3 - And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever.
Mark 16:15 - And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
Matthew 11:28 - Come unto me, all [ye] that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
1 Thessalonians 2:19-20 - For what [is] our hope, or joy, or crown of rejoicing? [Are] not even ye in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ at his coming?
James 5:20 - Let him know, that he which converteth the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins.
