Kind of simple Huh?
‘Without faith it is impossible to please God?’ Kind of simple don’t you think?
This makes sense doesn’t it? Faith is basic, but nothing is more important than the faith you have. Is your faith real? Is your faith effective? Is your faith a saving faith? You may wonder what I’m talking about. You may think that every faith is saving, or effective of real. Are you sure about that? Try looking at it this way…
If you don’t believe in God… you won’t believe His word
If you don’t believe His Word… you won’t believe His promises
If you don’t believe His promises… you won’t obey His commands
If you won’t obey His commands… you won’t please God!
However:
If you have faith… You can please God (Hebrews 11:6)
If you have faith …You will not die in your sins (John 8:24)
If you have faith… You will be saved (Mark 16:16)
If you have faith… You are justified (Romans 8:1_
If you have faith… You receive grace (Ephesians 2:8)
But what is if you don’t have faith?
You cannot please God
You will die in your sins
You will not be saved
You are not justified
You have not received grace
Your faith ought to be a settled issue. After all, all eternity depends on faith.
Because the enemy of God he has come against faith with confusion, distortion and phoniness.
What kind of faith do you have? Is it authentic or is it an act?
